　　蚀刻网的介绍：

蚀刻网是使用化学蚀刻液通过蚀刻机高压喷淋到工件上，让部分工件与蚀刻液产生化学反应从而减少的过程，想要使一块金属片部分区域减少，我们就必须在不需要减少的地方做上保护层，此保护层我们通过曝光显影的方式做上去。

　　蚀刻网的材质：

最常见的是不锈钢片，其次就是铝板、铜板和各种合金薄片等等。

　　蚀刻网的生产的蚀刻工艺流程：

　　透过蚀刻网的特性可以得知，蚀刻网全部都是用化学蚀刻的方法生产加工而成，因为蚀刻网上是很密集的小孔且不允许有毛刺和风批的，而冲压工艺是做不到这种密集度和平滑度的。蚀刻网的工艺是采用曝光显影的方式来做图像转移的，所以蚀刻网生产加工需要六台设备通过六道工序来生产加工而成的，六台设备分别为：涂布机、烤箱、曝光机、显影机、蚀刻机、超声波清洗机。通过这六台设备的性能作用于各自对应工序来实现生产加工。

  Etching net introduction:

etching net is a process of using chemical etching solution to spray on the workpiece through the high pressure of the etching machine, so that part of the workpiece can react with the etching solution to reduce. If we want to reduce part of the area of a piece of metal sheet, we must make a protective layer where there is no need to reduce. This protective layer is made by the way of exposure development.

 Etching process flow of etching mesh production: 

through the characteristics of etching mesh, we can know that etching mesh is all produced and processed by chemical etching method, because the etching mesh is very dense with holes and no burr and wind batch are allowed, and stamping process can not achieve this density and smoothness. The process of etching mesh is to use the method of exposure development to do image transfer, so the production and processing of etching mesh requires six equipment to produce and process through six processes, six equipment are respectively: coater, oven, exposure machine, developer, etching machine, ultrasonic cleaning machine. Through the performance of these six equipments acting on their corresponding processes to achieve production and processing.
