　　1. 1mi标牌蚀刻机能腐蚀的材料长度不限，而有效蚀刻是1000mm指长度吗，然后有效宽度是800mm ?

　　答:有效蚀刻1000mm：是指蚀刻机药水喷淋区域的长度是1000mm(此处仅为蚀刻机规格大小，腐蚀区大小决定加工的产量和腐蚀的深度)，材料经过喷淋区域的长度越长对应腐蚀的时间就越长深度就越深，蚀刻机越长多能承载的工件就越多，所以产量也越高;

　　有效宽度800mm：是指工件800mm宽度以下的产品都可以生产加工，不得超出800mm。

　　2. 输送轴间距40mm是指每个轴的距离吗?

　　答：是的

　　3. 此1米不锈钢蚀刻机能腐蚀材料深度是多少，资料没有看到?腐蚀深度是通过调节压力调整表对吗?

　　答：最大深度为0.3mm，工件腐蚀的深度根据药水浓度、压力、腐蚀时间来控制。

　　4. 档水棍的作用是什么?腐蚀需要接水进入吗?

　　答：挡水的棍作用：工件从喷淋区域传送出来时会有腐蚀液残留，此挡水棍通过上棍下棍上下压合工件的方式把工件上残留的腐蚀液清除掉。

　　5. 金属等离子刻蚀机用的蚀刻液是什么?蚀刻液再生如何操作?材料在哪里能买的到，请提供材料名称和类型

　　答：腐蚀液为三氯化铁，蚀刻液再生可添加还原剂还原，材料我们可以提供全套耗材供应商。

　　6. 说明一下腐蚀的蚀刻工艺流程，我看到资料上机器有喷淋、发热管，还有过滤器。

　　答：腐蚀原理：2FeCl3+Fe=3FeCl2，材料上被腐蚀处就是铁离子的减少形成的。

　　7. 蚀刻液的作用，那么客户要完成后有显示颜色，这要客户先调好腐蚀液的颜色对吗?一般腐蚀液有几种颜色可以用?

　　答：利用蚀刻液腐蚀后会漏出材料的本色，腐蚀工艺是没有上色的，上色需后期处理。

　　8. 腐蚀的时间是多久?腐蚀好了即干吗?需要放置多久时间?

　　答：腐蚀的时间根据需求深度来控制，深度越深腐蚀时间就越长，腐蚀后用清水冲洗表面，待水风干即可

     Answer: Yes, 

     3. What is the depth of corrosion material of this 1m stainless steel etching machine? The data is not seen? The corrosion depth is adjusted by adjusting the pressure adjustment table, right?

     Answer: the maximum depth is 0.3mm, and the corrosion depth of workpiece is controlled according to the concentration of chemical water, pressure and corrosion time.

     4. What is the function of the water retaining stick? Does the corrosion need to be connected with water? 

     Answer: the water retaining stick function: when the workpiece is transmitted from the spray area, there will be residual corrosive liquid. The water retaining stick can remove the residual corrosive liquid on the workpiece by pressing the workpiece up and down with the upper stick and the lower stick.

    5. What is the etching solution for metal plasma etching machine? How to operate the regeneration of etching solution? Where can I buy the material? Please provide the name and type of the material

     Answer:the etching solution is ferric chloride, the regeneration of etching solution can be reduced by adding reductant, and we can provide a complete set of consumables supplier.

   6. Explain the etching process of corrosion. I can see that the machine on the data has spray, heating pipe and filter.

Answer: principle of corrosion: 2fecl3 + Fe = 3fecl2. The corroded part of the material is formed by the reduction of iron ions.

   7. For the function of etching solution, the customer needs to display the color after completion, which requires the customer to adjust the color of the etching solution first, right? Generally, there are several colors of the etching solution that can be used?

 Answer:the original color of the material will leak out after etching with the etching solution, the etching process is not colored, and the coloring needs post-processing.

  8. How long is the corrosion time? What happens when the corrosion is good? How long does it need to be placed? 

Answer:the corrosion time is controlled according to the required depth. The deeper the depth is, the longer the corrosion time will be. After the corrosion, wash the surface with clean water and wait for the water to air dry.
