   金属板材在经等离子刻蚀机蚀刻之前影响碱液除油效果的因素很多,很复杂,但主要的影响因素有碱性除油液中的各种成分的配比是否合理,除油液的温度,被脱脂工件本身的材料及含油量。除油过程中有否采用强化措施以及所定的除油时间是否足够等。

    1、金属材料的类型及表面状态   

碱液除油中不同金属材料的工件,应有不同的除油配方机工艺参数。

一般操作温度不要太高。在保证除油效果和质量的前提下,操作温度越大越好。可以利用添加少量高效表面活性剂,强化润湿、渗透及乳化过程,把温度降低,又能保证除油的效果和质量。
