金属腐蚀机与激光蚀刻机的区别The difference between metal etching machine and laser etching machine

   金属腐蚀机和激光蚀刻机两者的工作原理是不相同的，金属腐蚀机是通过高压喷淋的方式将化学药水喷淋到金属表面与其发生化学反应，通俗来讲，就是一种氧化还原的过程；激光等离子刻蚀机是通过高能激光速通过激光器产生后由反射镜传递并通过聚集镜照射到加工物品上，使加工物品（表面）受到强大的热能而温度急剧增加，使该点因高温而迅速的融化或者汽化，配合激光头的运行轨迹从而达到加工的目的。下面我们来简单介绍下两者的区别：

     金属腐蚀机：①适用范围：金属腐蚀机的适用范围非常广泛，常见的不锈钢、铜、铝、玻璃等都可以腐蚀。可根据不同的产品和要求定制不同功能的腐蚀机；②工作方式：通过高压喷淋的方式将药水喷洒到产品表面与其发生化学反应，可实现大批量连续生产，腐蚀的深度和精度更高；③后期维护：后期维护成本低，配件易得，不会影响生产。

    激光蚀刻机：加工范围非常局限，主要就是蚀刻 logo 图案之类的东西，蚀刻速度慢，深度浅，不可大批量连续生产；后期更换激光头成本较高。

Laser etching machine: the processing range is very limited, mainly etching logo patterns and other things. The etching speed is slow, the depth is shallow, and it can not be mass continuous production; later replacement of laser head costs more.
