    等离子体是气体分子在真空、放电等特殊场合下产生的物质。等离子清洗、刻蚀产生等离子体的装置是在密封容器中设置两个电极形成电磁场,用真空泵实现一定的真空度,随着气体越来越稀薄,分子间距及分子或离子的自由运动距离也越来越长,受磁场作用,发生碰撞而形成等离子体,同时会发生辉光。等离子体在电磁场内空间运动,并轰击被处理物体表面,从而达到表面处理、清洗和刻蚀的效果。

   

    等离子体清洗机表面改性主要是针对于对高分子材料和金属表面改性。高聚物具有分子可设计性,通过等离子体表面作用可以在表面引入不同的基团来改善其性能,如亲水性、疏水性、润湿性、黏结性;引入具有生物活性的分子或生物酶,提高其生物相容性。采用等离子体清洗机技术对聚合物材料表面进行改性,不但改善了特定环境下高分子材料的适用性能,也拓宽了常规高分子材料的适用范围。


   等离子体清洗机表面活化是物体经过等离子体清洗机处理之后表面能增强、提高粘合度,附着力;等离子体清洗机表面刻蚀指材料表面通过反应气体,等离子被选择性地刻蚀,被刻蚀的材料转化为气相并被真空泵排出,处理后的材料微观比表面积增加并具良好亲水性;等离子体清洗机纳米涂层是将反应气体如: 六甲基二硅醚(HMDSO),六甲基二硅烷胺(HMDSN),四乙二醇二甲醚,六氟乙烷(C2F6)....] 引入等离子反应室,通过等离子聚合效应会在表面形成纳米涂层,这项技术可以运用到众多领域。

     Plasma is a substance produced by gas molecules in vacuum, discharge and other special occasions.      The surface modification of plasma cleaning machine is mainly aimed at the surface modification of polymer material and metal. Polymer has molecular designability, and different groups can be introduced into the surface through plasma surface action to improve its performance, such as hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity, wettability and cohesiveness; the introduction of bioactive molecules or enzymes to improve its biocompatibility. The surface modification of polymer materials by plasma cleaning machine not only improves the application performance of polymer materials in specific environment, but also widens the application scope of conventional polymer materials.


     The surface activation of the plasma cleaning machine means that the surface of the object can be strengthened, the adhesion and adhesion can be improved after being treated by the plasma cleaning machine; the surface etching of the plasma cleaning machine means that the surface of the material is selectively etched by the reactive gas, the etched material is converted into the gas phase and discharged by the vacuum pump, and the micro specific surface area of the treated material increases and has good hydrophilicity The nano coating of plasma cleaning machine is to introduce reaction gases such as: hmdso, hmdsn, tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether, hexafluoroethane (C2F6)....] into the plasma reaction chamber, through the effect of plasma polymerization, nano coating will be formed on the surface, which can be applied to many fields.
