等离子清洗机效果如何评估

    等离子清洗机是利用等离子体来达到常规清洗方法无法达到的效果。等离子体是物质的一种状态,也叫做物质的第四态,并不属于常见的固液气三态。对气体施加足够的能量使之离化便成为等离子状态。等离子体的“活性”组分包括:离子、电子、原子、活性基团、激发态的核素(亚稳态)、光子等。等离子清洁机就是通过利用这些活性组分的性质来处理样品表面,从而实现清洁、涂覆等目的。


    那么等离子清洗机效果如何评估呢?常见的等离子清洗效果,采用接触角测量仪、达因笔、表面能测试墨水居多。


    接触角测量仪是目前等离子清洗机效果评估最为常见、业界最为认可的检测方法。测试数据准确、操作简捷、重复性和稳定性高。其原理就是通过光学外观轮廓的方法,在固体样品表面进行滴定一定量的液滴,量化检测液滴在固体表面的接触角大小,接触角小,说明清洗效果越好。早期时,很多实际评估等离子清洗时,会采用简易注射器滴水简单评估的办法,但是该方法只有在效果明显时才能观察到。


    达因笔是企业采用较多的,操作非常简便的检测方法。其原理是通过不同数值的达因笔,就是不同表面张力的液体,不同表面张力的液体在不同表面自由能的润湿和收缩来判断固体样品表面的表面自由能高低。但是该方法受不同厂家制作的达因笔、人为操作这些影响,重复性和稳定性较差。

      Plasma cleaning machine uses plasma to achieve the effect that conventional cleaning methods cannot achieve. Plasma is a state of matter, also known as the fourth state of matter, which does not belong to the common three state of solid-liquid gas. Applying enough energy to the gas to dissociate it becomes a plasma state. The "active" components of plasma include: ions, electrons, atoms, active groups, excited Nuclides (metastable), photons, etc. Plasma cleaning machine is to use the properties of these active components to treat the sample surface, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning, coating and so on. 

      So how to evaluate the effect of plasma cleaning machine? Most of the common plasma cleaning effects are using contact angle measuring instrument, dyne pen and surface energy testing ink. 

       At present, the contact angle measuring instrument is the most common test method for the effect evaluation of plasma cleaning machine and the most recognized test method in the industry. The test data is accurate, the operation is simple, the repeatability and the stability are high. The principle is to titrate a certain amount of droplets on the surface of the solid sample by the method of optical appearance contour, and quantify the contact angle of the droplets on the solid surface, which means that the cleaning effect is better. In the early stage, a lot of practical evaluation of plasma cleaning will use the method of simple evaluation of syringe dripping, but this method can only be observed when the effect is obvious. 

      Dyne pen is a kind of testing method which is widely used and easy to operate. The principle is to judge the surface free energy of solid samples by the wetting and contraction of different surface free energy of different surface tension liquids. However, this method is affected by the dyne pen made by different manufacturers and human operation, so its repeatability and stability are poor.
