等离子体表面处理多久失效

对于等离子体的处理时间,离子体处理聚合物表面发生的交联、化学改性、刻蚀主要是因为等离子体使聚合物表层分子发生断键生成大量的自由基。实验说明,随着等离子处理时间的延长、放电功率增大,生成的自由基强度增加,达到最大点后进入一种动态平衡; 放电压力在某一定值时,自由基强度出现最大值,即在特定条件下低温等离子体对聚合物表面反应的程度最深。


等离子体表面处理后可能应为材料自身的性质、处理后受到二次污染、又发生化学反应等原因,处理后表面能保留的时间不好确定。经过等离子表面处理达到较高表面后,立刻进行下一道工序,避免表面能衰减造成的影响。

The experimental results show that with the prolongation of plasma treatment time and the increase of discharge power, the intensity of free radicals increases and enters a dynamic equilibrium after reaching the maximum point; when the discharge pressure is at a certain value, the free radical intensity reaches the maximum value, that is, the reaction degree of low-temperature plasma on polymer surface is the deepest under specific conditions.


After plasma surface treatment, it may be due to the nature of the material itself, secondary pollution after treatment, and chemical reaction. The retention time of surface energy after treatment is not easy to determine. After the plasma surface treatment reaches a higher surface, the next process is carried out immediately to avoid the influence of surface energy attenuation.
