微波等离子去胶机操作规程：

　　1、自动切割小车应经空车运转，并选定切割速度；

　　2、使用钍、钨电极应符合JGJ33-2001第12.7.8条规定；

　　3、高频发生器应设有屏蔽护罩，用高频引弧后，应立即切断高频电路；

　　4、应检查并确认电源、气源、水源无漏电、漏气、漏水，接地或接零安全可靠；

　　5、操作人员应站在上风处操作。可从工作台下部抽风，并宜缩小操作台上的敞开面积；

　　6、小车、工件应放在适当位置，并应使工件和切割电路正极接通，切割工作面下应设有溶渣坑；

　　7、微波等离子去胶机应根据工件材质、种类和厚度选定喷嘴孔径，调整切割电源、气体流量和电极的内缩量；

　　8、当空载电压过高时，应检查电器接地、接零和割炬手把绝缘情况，应将工作台与地面绝缘，或在电气控制系统安装空载断路断电器；

　　9、微波等离子去胶机操作人员必须戴好防护面罩、电焊手套、帽子、滤膜防尘口罩和隔音耳罩。不戴防护镜的人员严禁直接观察等离子弧，裸露的皮肤严禁接近等离子弧。

                                     Operation procedures of microwave plasma degummer:

1. The automatic cutting car shall be operated by empty car and the cutting speed shall be selected;

2. Thorium and tungsten electrodes shall be used in accordance with article 12.7.8 of jgj33-2001;

3. The high frequency generator shall be equipped with shielding shield, and the high frequency circuit shall be cut off immediately after high frequency arc striking;

4. Check and confirm that the power supply, air source and water source are free of leakage, air leakage and water leakage, and that the grounding or neutral connection is safe and reliable;

5. The operator shall stand in the upwind position to operate. The air can be drawn from the lower part of the worktable, and the open area on the worktable should be reduced;

6. The trolley and workpiece shall be placed in proper position, and the positive pole of the workpiece and the cutting circuit shall be connected, and the slag dissolving pit shall be set under the cutting working face;

7. Microwave plasma degumming machine should select nozzle aperture according to workpiece material, type and thickness, adjust cutting power, gas flow and electrode shrinkage;

8. When the no-load voltage is too high, check the electrical grounding, zero connection and torch handle insulation, insulate the workbench from the ground, or install the no-load breaker in the electrical control system;

9. Operators of the microwave plasma degumming machine must wear protective masks, welding gloves, hats, filter dust masks and acoustic earmuffs. Personnel without protective glasses are strictly forbidden to observe plasma arc directly, and exposed skin is strictly forbidden to approach plasma arc.
