真空退火炉工艺布置及高温密封圈概况Process layout and high temperature sealing ring of vacuum annealing furnace

真空退火炉各段工艺布置:①向上的预热段通道;②向下的直燃段通道;③水平辐射管加热段;④电辐射管均热段;⑤循环保护气体喷射冷却段;⑥炉鼻子系统。在退火过程中,带钢首先通过向上行程的预热段的双密封辊进入炉内开始退火,预热段的加热由直燃段的燃烧产物来完成。退火炉带钢通过垂直的预热段通道后,经顶部双转向辊转向18℃到达下行程的无氧化直燃段;直燃段的炉子有4个控制区,共42个烧嘴,前3个控制区每区有12个烧嘴,第4个控制区有6个烧嘴。空气与过量焦炉煤气混合燃烧,保证炉内的还原气氛。

带钢通过直燃段后,经底部转向辊转向90℃进人水平辐射管加热段(水平辐射管加热段分5个控制区,共60个辐射管),将其加热到产品等级所要求的Z终退火温度(在保护气氛下的辐射管加热段完成)后到均热段(均热10s左右),再进人保护气体喷射冷却段,冷却器将保护气体循环喷吹至带钢两面促其快速冷却(35℃/s)。

当带钢达到合适的温度后通过出口段。出口段由转向斜滑槽组成。退火炉带钢在涂镀前需保持一小段时间的温度均衡,然后其通过斜向下的合金炉鼻子进人布置在下方的锌锅内。

   Process layout of each section of vacuum annealing furnace: channel of upward preheating section; channel of downward direct combustion section; heating section of horizontal radiant tube; soaking section of electric radiant tube; spraying cooling section of circulating protective gas; furnace nose system. In the annealing process, the strip steel is first annealed by the double sealing rollers in the preheating section of the upward stroke into the furnace, and the heating of the preheating section is completed by the combustion products in the direct combustion section. After the strip steel of annealing furnace passes through the vertical preheating section channel, it turns 18 through the top double turning roller to reach the non oxidation direct combustion section of the down stroke; the furnace in the direct combustion section has 4 control areas, 42 burners in total, 12 burners in each of the first 3 control areas, and 6 burners in the fourth control area. Air is mixed with excessive coke oven gas to ensure the reduction atmosphere in the furnace.

  After passing through the direct combustion section, the steel strip enters the horizontal radiant tube heating section (the horizontal radiant tube heating section is divided into 5 control areas, a total of 60 radiant tubes) by turning to 90 through the bottom turning roller, and then it is heated to the final annealing temperature required by the product level (the radiant tube heating section under the protective atmosphere is completed) and then enters the soaking section (soaking for about 10s), and then enters the protective gas jet cooling section. The cooler will protect The gas is circulated to both sides of the strip to promote its rapid cooling (35 / s).

  When the strip reaches the proper temperature, it passes through the outlet section. The outlet section is composed of a steering inclined chute. The annealing furnace steel strip needs to keep temperature equilibrium for a short period of time before coating, and then it enters into the zinc pot below through the alloy furnace nose which is inclined downward.
