    ①感光蚀刻：顾名思义，感光蚀刻采用的就是曝光显影的前处理方法，工艺流程：涂布/喷漆→烘烤→曝光→显影→蚀刻→退膜→成品；感光蚀刻工艺适用于精度要求较高，如：不锈钢过滤网蚀刻片、筛网、灯饰、表盘蚀刻、五金工艺品双面镂空等，而传统的丝网印刷和贴不干胶，是很难达到这种要求的，且感光蚀刻前处理菲林胶片可以自己设计，成本低，可重复使用；

   ②丝网印刷：丝网印刷广泛用于不锈钢装饰板、电梯板，广告标识标牌行业，适用于一种图案做一批产品，工艺流程：丝印→晾干/烤干→蚀刻→白化→退膜→洗板烘干→覆膜→成品；丝网印刷蚀刻工艺较为简单，蚀刻图案较为简单，精度不高，成本也是最低的；

   ③贴不干胶：广泛用于标识标牌广告行业，贴不干胶最大的特点就是方便后期上色（喷漆），不干胶图案可自己在电脑输出；工艺流程：贴不干胶→蚀刻→清洗→烘干→喷漆上色→高温烘烤→撕掉不干胶→成品

The process flow: coating / painting → baking → exposure → development → etching → film stripping → finished product; photosensitive etching process is applicable to high precision requirements, such as stainless steel filter screen etching, screen, lighting, dial etching, double-sided hollowing of hardware and crafts, while traditional screen printing It is difficult to achieve this requirement by brushing and pasting adhesive, and the pre-processing film of photosensitive etching can be designed by itself with low cost and can be reused. 

 ② screen printing: screen printing is widely used in stainless steel decorative boards, elevator boards, advertising signs and signs industries. It is suitable for making a batch of products with a pattern. Process flow: screen printing → air drying / drying → etching → whitening → film removal → plate washing and drying → film coating → finished products. Screen printing etching process is relatively simple, etching pattern is relatively simple, accuracy is not high, and cost is also the lowest; 

 ③ sticking adhesive: widely used in logo advertising industry, the biggest feature of sticking adhesive is that it is convenient to color (spray paint) in the later stage, and the adhesive pattern can be output by itself in the computer; process flow: sticking adhesive → etching → cleaning → drying → spray painting and coloring → high temperature baking → tearing off adhesive → finished product.
