等离子技术在汽车工业的使用Application of plasma technology in automobile industry

      随着经济的发展,消费者对汽车的性能要求越来越高,如汽车的外观、操作舒适性可靠性、使用耐久性等要求也不断提高。为了满足消费者的要求,各汽车厂家在生产汽车时更注重细节方面的优化改进,如进行 


(1)仪表板在柔性聚氨酯(PU)涂覆前处理 

(2)控制面板在粘合前处理 

(3)内部PP零件植缛前处理 

(4)汽车门窗密封件的处理 

等离子刻蚀机

      以前未经任何处理仪表盘或控制面板涂覆效果非常差,不耐磨,容易掉漆等现象,用化学方法处理虽然能改变涂覆的效果,但同时也改变了仪表盘等基材的性能,使得其强度有所降低。目前很多厂家已经使用等离子刻蚀机技术来处理这些基材,通过等离子体轰击,材料表面微观层面活性增强,能明显改善涂覆效果。根据实验得知,用等离子表面处理机处理不同材料需要选用不同工艺参数,才能达到更好的活化效果。

      With the development of economy, consumers have higher and higher requirements for the performance of the car, such as the appearance of the car, the reliability of operation comfort, the durability of use and so on. In order to meet the requirements of consumers, automobile manufacturers pay more attention to the optimization and improvement of details in the production of automobiles, such as

(1) pretreatment of instrument panel in flexible polyurethane (PU) coating

(2) pretreatment of control panel in bonding

(3) pretreatment of PP parts in interior

(4) treatment of automobile door and window seals

     Without any treatment before, the coating effect of instrument panel or control panel is very poor, not wear-resistant, easy to paint off and other phenomena. Although chemical treatment can change the coating effect, it also changes the performance of substrate such as instrument panel, making its strength reduced. At present, many manufacturers have used plasma etching technology to treat these substrates. Through plasma bombardment, the micro layer activity of the material surface is enhanced, which can significantly improve the coating effect. According to the experimental results, it is necessary to select different process parameters for plasma surface treatment of different materials in order to achieve better activation effect.
