CVD设备服务工程师CVD equipment Service Engineer

   1、设备正常运行管理和稼动率的提升；

   2、新技术协助开发 协助执行完成测试，按照新技术工程师所需工艺，讨论真空设备需要的能力，达缩短开发时间并完成新技术样本产出；

   3、执行CVD课工艺调试与改善 ；

   4、执行CVD课设备运行标准文件，如设备运行管理基准，设备应急处理基准，7S标准等；

   5、执行CVD课生产目标，并达成各项生产指针。

1. The normal operation management of equipment and the improvement of the operation rate;

2. The new technology assists in the development and completion of the test; according to the process required by the new technology engineer, discusses the ability required by the vacuum equipment, so as to shorten the development time and complete the output of new technology samples;

3. The CVD class process commissioning and improvement ;

4. Implement CVD equipment operation standard documents, such as equipment operation management standard, equipment emergency response standard, 7S standard, etc.;

   5. Implement CVD production objectives and achieve various production indicators.

  1、本科及以上学历，机械、电子、电机、自动化等理工专业；

  2、CVD设备与工艺相关工作经验；

  3、熟练掌握Office等电脑软件操作，熟悉QC七大手法,8D,FMEA,QIT等；

  4、沟通表达能力、亲和力、计划能力、协调能力、执行能力强，良好的团队精神，强烈的责任感和事业心；

  5、能承受一定的工作压力。

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics, electronics, motor, automation, etc.;

2. CVD equipment and process related work experience;

3. Proficient in office and other computer software operation, familiar with seven QC techniques, 8D, FMEA, QIT, etc.;

4. Strong communication and expression ability, affinity, planning ability, coordination ability, execution ability, good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility and dedication;

5. Able to bear certain work pressure.
